Heartsaver® Courses
Heartsaver courses are designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for job, regulatory (for example, OSHA), or other requirements. These courses can also be taken by anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting.Designed for: Everyday Citizens (Parents, Teachers, Coaches, Babysitters and other Care Givers). If you are in the healthcare profession please register for AHA Basic Life Support CPR/AED.
AHA Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED
In-Person Course

Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage a first aid, choking or sudden cardiac arrest emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services (EMS) arrives. Students learn skills such as how to treat bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock and other first aid emergencies. This course also teaches adult CPR and AED use.

This course includes the online AHA eLearning portion (an email will be sent separately with further instructions).
Online eLearning + in-person skills check.
Students are able to complete online training at their own pace and on their own schedule, then complete a personalized skills check in-person.
There are TWO parts to AHA eLearning course:
First, complete your AHA eLearning class online (an email will be sent separately with further instructions).

Part 1 -There is an online simulation and written test completion required (0.5 to 2 hours).

Part 2 - Skills Check at our location in Altamonte Springs. You'll perform skills session with one of our instructors (1 hour).
